Add- on Kit
If you're already using a RAD Shock Mount, you can simply get the "Add-On Kit" to create a Mini-ALTO windshield
The Add-on kits are suitable for anyone who already has a RAD-1, RAD-2 or RAD-3 Shock Mount. These kits come with the windshield pods shown plus a fur windcover, smiley face RAD mount adaptor and stowage holder with carabiner clip. These are available in versions with a Grey or Black Fur Windcover.

Field Testing
50 prototype kits were distributed to sound recordists globally, each representing various sectors of the sound industry. The Mini-ALTO has undergone extensive testing, with final adjustments based on tester feedback.
